Payment Options

To extend your payments over 12 payments or more we have two convenient payment options:

1. 12 Monthly Payment Option

Many of our clients like the convenience of dividing their payments over 12 months. The 12 Monthly Payment Option makes purchasing an original work of art a manageable part of your monthly budget. Artwork on a monthly payment plan is subject to a 5% interest fee. At the time of purchase, clients are responsible for the interest fee and P.S.T. and G.S.T. (when applicable).

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We can also set up Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP). The funds will automatically come out of your account each month. It’s as easy as your YMCA membership!

For example:

Robert Genn
“Sunset, Lake of the Woods”
11 x 14” acrylic/canvas
$2100 includes frame

$2100
Retail Price including Frame
$175 Monthly Payment
$105 Interest (5% of Retail Price)
$231 GST and PST (when applicable)
$511 First Payment at Time of Purchase
$175 11 Monthly payments

2. Leasing

Clients can choose to lease works of art for one, two, three, four or five years. Lease payments are based on 2.5% of the retail price. The lessor has the opportunity to buy-out the lease on the first, second, third, fourth or fifth anniversary.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We can also set up Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP). The funds will automatically come out of your account each month.

For example:

If you are looking for high quality workmanship, expert assistance in selecting materials and an exquisite end product then we are the frame shop for you.

Contact us

so we can discuss your collection’s needs. Breathe new life into your collection whether it’ through having it properly installed (see Art Installation - link) re-framed or a little TLC from a conservator. Remember that suit from 1979? You don’t where that anymore so maybe it’s time your Allen Sapp had a new frame.

Art Packing and Shipping

An expertly packed painting or sculpture is an art in itself. If you are moving, shipping a gift or just mailing home a painting you’ve purchased at the Assiniboia Gallery our framing department will expertly and artfully pack your piece. We pack and ship around the world.

Art Installation

Do you have a painting that you want to hang in a difficult spot? Do you want to re-hang your collection? Are you moving and need to take down your collection, transport it and then install in the new location? Let the Assiniboia Gallery consult with you on where and how to hang your collection. Then sit back as we do all the work!

Generally, the cost is $100 per hour. Please contact the gallery and discuss your needs and we can give you a more specific estimate.

Delivery and Installation (Regina and area)

So, you’ve just purchased a new painting. You pick it up from the Assiniboia Gallery and head home. Weeks go by and the painting is still on the floor, leaning against the wall because you don’t want to risk making a mistake and banging unnecessary holes in your wall. Or worse, you spend the entire evening hanging one piece and it’s still too high!

Eliminate all the frustration and take advantage of our free delivery and hanging in Regina (and area). With your new painting expertly installed you may decide to move a few pieces around. We can also do that (see Art Installation). You might even realize a few pieces need re-framing (see Picture Framing).

Art Consultation

If you are looking to buy your first piece of art or adding to an already established collection, we are happy to help! We often make visits to a client’s home or office. We can bring works of art to try out. It helps to see things in your own environment before making a decision.

On Approval

Feel free to take home one or more pieces “On Approval”. This allows you to live with the art before making a final decision. Sometimes you get it right other times you may visit the gallery (or have us over) a few times before finding the right piece. This casual “no strings attached” way of viewing art in the privacy of your own home or office takes the stress out your purchase.

We can also make arrangements to ship painting to clients outside of Regina “On Approval”. It’s as easy as building a box and calling Purolator for a pick up. Contact us for more details.

Art Valuations and Appraisals

If you are looking for values for estate, insurance or purely interests sake, please contact the gallery at mail@assiniboia.com. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and if we are not able to help you we will direct you to the people that can.

Art Restoration

We do not do any restoration in-house, but we can recommend where to send your works of art in need of cleaning and/or repairs. We can also take care of any necessary packing and shipping.

Website Purchases

Now that you’ve found a piece you can’t live without just send us a quick email (link) or phone call (306-522-0997 or toll free in Canada 1-866-378-0997). We’ll get back to you right away and make all the arrangements for framing and shipping.
