In 2003, she graduated from the Kootenay School of Arts in the beautiful mountain village of Nelson, B.C. She began her career in Toronto, Ont. working with "Made You Look", Jewellery Studio and Gallery. Currently, Megan J. Hazel is the Jewellery Instructor and Artist-in-Residence at the Neil Balkwill Centre in Regina. Her work is featured in various Galleries and Shops across Canada. "The more I work with the metal, I find the design possibilities are limitless. It's like the metal is participating in the creative process with me."
