Artist Statement:

The Flower Vase Series captures the beauty of the bloom on a vessel and is both decorative and functional. They enhance the bouquet of fresh cut flowers when in use and return you to the thought of garden when empty, blown and solid worked glass with a sandblasted surface finished with a silicon protective coating.
