"Everything is expressed through relationships." - Piet Mondrian
Marian's photographic interests lie mainly in simple, understated images of nature and architecture. "I am attracted to the relationships of lines and patterns and to the sense
of order they create. At the same time, I am always aware of the distinctive quality of light at different times of the day and the impact light has on the relationships in an image. It's the relationships that make photography an adventure for
me."
Marian's work is included in the Regina Pasqua Hospital Art Collection and has been exhibited at the Cumberland Gallery in Regina, the Gordon Snelgrove Gallery in Saskatoon, and the distill gallery in Toronto.
