Fish (Gary Miller) was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. He began his career as an architectural illustrator and now paints full time. Attending workshops from artists Joseph
Plaskett, Brian Atyeo, and Jack Cowin, Fish developed a passion for colour.

Over the last 10 years, Fish has worked almost strictly with pastels because of their purityand intensity of colour. “When properly framed, a pastel painting will be as pristine in
200 years as it was the day it was painted.” His work can be found in various public and
private collections across Canada and has been published in the magazine International Artist.

Fish paints landscapes, streetscapes and still life. He lives in Indian Head, Saskatchewan with his wife and her three cats.
